Project Description

Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), Dubai in Consultation with Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) funded for up-gradation of Peshawar International Airport for the operation of A-330-200 Emirates Air Bus, ECIL/AAPL (J.V) were appointed as consultants to the Design and Construction supervision of up-gradation of Airsides Infrastructure at Peshawar International Airport, Up-gradation project included the following features.

  1. Overlay on existing runway and shoulders

  2. Overlay on existing Bravo Taxiway and shoulders

  3. Construction of New Alpha Taxiway with combination of Flexible and Rigid pavement

  4. Widening and strengthening of existing Dumble at 17 End

  5. Construction of new Dumble at runway at 35 End

  6. Strengthening of 500 feet rigid pavements at both ends (17 & 35)

  7. Overlay on existing overruns at both ends (17 & 35) on entire length and width

  8. Strengthening of the existing apron with concrete pavers

  9. Construction of Drain

  10. Raising of Railway Lines

  11. Construction of Hard standing area with concrete pavers

  12. Construction of ICRC Parking bay with rigid Pavement

  13. Construction of Twin Road from PAF Base Main Gate to PAF Apron

  14. Providing and fixing Lights, Traffic signals and Associated works

  15. Pavement marking
