Project Description

Topographic survey of developed and undeveloped land parcel within the Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society (PECHS) for:

  • Identification of existing boundaries of constructed areas

  • Identification of vacant land parcels

  • Identification of encroachment and illegally occupied land

  • The scope of work also included a comparative statement of percentage wise area utilized for residential and commercial plots and balanced area utilized for amentias including roads

 

Services

State-of-the-art equipments / softwares such as GPS, Tatal Station and Trimmap and AutoCAD Software were used.

The field activities consisted of:

  • Fixing horizontal control with Global Positioning System (GPS)

  • Traversing connecting the GPS monuments

  • Topographic survey of 1,320 acres within the boundary of PECHS

  • Survey drawings provided with satellite backdrop imagery

  • Developed Database

  • Digital and hard copy drawing in scale 1:1000 were provided to the client
